After 2 odd experiences, to say the least,(bad experiences to put it more appropriately) with other Heating and Air companies, we reached out to Superior Air. Superior was helpful and understanding from the first phone call and came out to give a 2nd opinion at no charge(after one company pulled our power and then never came back, and another I had a flag about for reasons beyond what seemed to be a ridiculously high estimate for repair). Sure enough, Superior gave us a quote that was hundreds of dollars LESS than the other flagged place and explained everything in detail, unlike the other place. From the dispatch and billing gals(Melissa and Anita), to the Technicians(Matt & Reed) to the Service Manager(David) we felt we were being dealt with honestly by a caring team of true professionals who performed with excellence and know what it means to provide the type of customer service that will win them new, loyal customers(which seems to be horribly lacking on the Island). Needless to say, they won our business and once the new part we needed was in, they were, again, on time(a bit early in fact) and we had our AC back in working order within an hour. They have now also won our confidence, our deep appreciation and loyal customers for as long as we live here. Thanks to a great team!
