I ate there for the first time today. Breakfast was great and more than reasonably priced. I had two eggs over easy, two pieces of sausage, two biscuits, and plenty of gravy. Eggs were perfectly done and you could tell they were fresh — the yellow was a deep yellow and stood up nice and firm. The biscuits were great — tying, if not beating my Memphis favorite(Bryant’s Breakfast), and the gravy was perfect. It had some brown to it, meaning that he took the time to brown the rule to enhance flavor(that old maillard thing) and made sure that you had no raw flour taste. Sausage was prefectly cooked. Fine selection of beverage. I’ll be back. And, I bought a T-shirt.
