Botts Family Pools

I stumbled across this wonderful place. I usually go into the city and buy all my hot tub supplies. I found Bott’s just around the corner from where I live. That was bonus #1. Bonus #2 is the incredibly, friendly, informative service they give. It is a family owned company and they have everything you need for your hot tub or pool. My tub motor was making a racket. The owner came out and looked at, measured for a new cover (needed that too!) and discovered that my motor was under warranty. That in itself was bonus #3. Jennifer, his wife, did all the work on the back end, ordered everything, filled out all the paperwork and JAZAM, one afternoon I come home from work and my tub is filled, clean, working motor and a new cover! I got back to their store this morning (a week after this was done) apologized for not getting in immediately to cover the costs and they were friendly as ever, not worried about a thing. Trust is a wonderful thing! I love this place and will never go anywhere else for my supplies!
