I bought a deal for a massage and the Therapist was very helpful with assisting with the appointment process. My massage was great I will definitely return

Is negative stars possible? Bought two groupons. Won’t use the second. Took forever to get the first appointment. Called (mailbox full), tried to email, even tried to sign up on the «mailing list».
The «business» is in a room off a nail salon, so the fumes were horrible. The room was nicely decorated; it was obvious they were trying to be professional and to have a good atmosphere. but the walls were paper thin, and the party going on at the salon was disruptive.
The music was played through junk speakers attached to a phone, which was playing Pandora. I paid for the service and they couldn’t even pay for a subscription to Pandora, so there were advertisements during my massage! I couldn’t believe it!
The lady who gave my massage had rough hands, and used oil which didn’t help. (Lotion would have at least made it a little better)
Overall a horrible experience.

Note on the picture. The hall way looks and is nicely furnished. Just that the half wall that is visible continues to the right and that’s where the music and noise from the nail salon comes in.

I have no idea what this business is like. This is another groupon deal that will not reply to calls for appointments. What’s going on with these types of places today?
