Lived here for 3 years. They were reasonable until they started going up in the rent every year. No updated appliances at all. Also had bed bugs twice!!! They have a bed bug problem and you will see plenty of mattresses outside by the dumpsters all the time. They said no pets but ppl have cats and dogs but I was told to move because I had a dog which was unfair because I wasn’t the only one with a dog. Someone got robbed in the back parking lot where I parked my car. No security door so anyone can just walk up to your door. Happy I moved

These apartments were very reasonable when I moved here 10 years ago… now there very overpriced and the office mgmt changes way too often! There hasn’t been any renovations just a bunch of people with a security deposit moving in and out! Once my lease is up I’m outta here because the neighborhood is drastically going down with the office renting to just ANY and EVERYBODY! My apartment looks exactly the way it did when I first moved here… although one good thing is that they will send maintenance to fix things if you do a maintenance call and he is onsite… but I wouldn’t give these folks my money if your looking to rent decent living quarters!
