If it was possible to give this place — stars I would! The only saving grace in the dementia floor is Lisa. She’s great the rest of the staff is horrible. Filing complaints about there deplorable attitudes only gets you, «We will look into it» or the «I am very sorry» Sunrise Company line! Do your loved one a favor and look elsewhere. Because if the staff cops an attitude with a family member imagine how they talk and treat your loved one especially since the management does nothing to the rude staff members.
