A Personal Touch Cleaning Service

Over 30 minutes late and showed up smelling like smoke. It was so bad that we had to ask them to leave. (I was upstairs with our 4 month old when they arrived and I could smell them walking in the door.)

I had a detailed cleaning today scheduled through the Blue Bell office. It was scheduled for 1pm, as of 1:45pm nobody had shown up yet nor did anyone call. I called the office and the call was totally unprofessional and the person that I spoke with quite disorganized. I was told «actually, we won’t be able to clean your home today». I proceeded to tell her that I would not use their service going forward to which I was told“ok”. I simply cannot believe this business received Best of Philly.

Update 2÷27÷14: Nearly a month after having $ 20 stolen from our house, and two months after breaking our son’s toy, both items have been replaced.

The service was quick, detailed, and professional. They bring all of their own supplies and were in and out leaving my house looking great! I would definitely recommend. Especially for a Spring cleaning. They clean every part of the house that you don’t want to or don’t have time to.

I have had this service for over 2 years and just cancelled service. Cleaning was not consistent. Sometimes it would appear superficially clean until you looked closer and saw spider webs in ceiling corners, dust on objects that should have been cleaned, rugs vacuumed until you looked under dining room chairs that weren’t moved, floor mops tended to push debris/​fur to edges, etc. Also if you stay at home and plan errands around expected arrival time — it is not consistent either. Cleaning staff indicates Appointment Scheduler should have notified and vice versa. Same issue with canceling a cleaning — they would show up due to lack of schedule communication.
The cleaning staff themselves were very nice, but this is not what I’m paying for.
