I reserved a 24′ uhaul on 7⁄1 for 7⁄27 @ 9am to move my mom. I get a call tonight from Eric at Uhaul in Bloomsburg PA telling me they lost my reservation, gave the truck away, and found my reservation again. He told me the guy has it reserved to 5pm but would try really hard to have it back by 9am… I said I am f***ing p***ed because I am screwed as that is the only day I can move. He told me I had no right to use that language and then literally screamed loudly that he is doing all he can for me and I should be thankful. I told him he wasn’t doing me a favor and now this mistake will cost me money as I’ll have to make more trips and I hung up on him because he was still screaming. Long story short, I now have to get a 17′ truck from Hazleton and I have to bring it back there which will cost me so much more money in gas and time. I am still in shock with what just happened. DO NOT USE UHAUL IN BLOOMSBURG PA!!!
