Sarah is the real deal — outstanding massage, perfect pressure, very professional and comfortable table and room. Highly recommend and I’m particular about massage.

Sarah found the knots in my shoulders and neck and worked them out while using a pressure that was both adequate and not painful. I love it when you can actually feel the knots being moved/​rolled out and that’s how it was with Sarah. She was easy to talk to prior to the massage and very intent on making sure she knew what I wanted to get out of the massage. I felt like the entire hour was focused on reliving the tension in my neck and shoulders — which is what I requested. I highly recommend her. As an added bonus, she used warm bamboo sticks intermittently which felt amazing!

I had my 2nd massage with Sarah today and it was great! She is strong and really works tight areas. My job takes a toll on many areas of my body and having a good massage therapist is super important to me. She is located downtown in Graham Plaza which is a very convenient location and her prices are reasonable. A+

Sarah is excellent as at what she does. I came in with pain in my back and shoulder area and she was able to work on those areas and the next day I had no more pain. She’s professional, genuinely caring, and a really cool person. I recommended her to my friend and I cannot wait to make my next appointment!

Sarah is a very talented and intuitive practitioner. I had a fabulous 90 minute CranioSacral Therapy session with her for TMJ and headaches, and I am looking forward to my next visit.
Besides that, she’s just a nice person with great energy. Thrive (the name of the center) is also a very beautiful and calming space that provides a very uplifting atmosphere before you go into your appointment and after when you feel completely refreshed. Highly recommended.

Sara has such talent!!! She is wonderful, very accomodating, on time and professional. I would recommend her to any of my friends.
I would however recommend… a aromatherapy candle.
Note: She came in on the weekend to squezze us in, and maybe she didn’t have time to get it lite.
Regardless, superb massage.
