I was very disappointed at the customer service I received at Stahl’s when I was searching for a couch earlier today. The person «helping» me was not welcoming at all, didn’t even respond to my asking how she was doing. When I tried to initiate discussion about what I was looking for (a sectional) and my price point, all she did was walk me around the store and point out all the sectionals (in and out of my price point) of which there were very few and none of them were attractive to me. When I asked about the fillings and upholstery options she couldn’t tell me even the most basic information. Just prior to my stop at Stahl’s I had been at another store for 2+ hours looking at sectionals and getting questions answered, but I was in and out of Stahl’s in 7 minutes.

We came here looking for a nice, small recliner at a respectable price and left with one. Stahl is conveniently located just south of downtown and offers a variety of options, not just giant overstuffed TV chairs like some other places in town. Staff gave us the information we needed while leaving us alone enough to test out the chairs and talk it over.
