Red Top Cab

This past weekend, we had a wedding out in mackinaw. Staying in Bloomington. I had called a week ahead of time to schedule a round trip transportation. The ride there was fine, the driver was very nice. When we arrived we were unsure of if we should pay the full price or not, he insisted on just paying for the ride there and to call and he promises he would come back out. It was 9:30 I called the cab company and the management told me even though I had booked the cab a week ago since we did not pay the full amount they could not come get us. We had tried to pay the full amount and were assured they would come get us. I explained to the dispatch and he just hung up on me. We were stranded out there and had to find a ride back. I would not suggest using them for anything outside of Bloomington because they will leave you!
