Customer service is what keeps me around here. I really enjoy working with Dave. Dave has always been extremely professional and has gone out of his way when he knows we really need our vehicle back in a timely matter. Not only is the customer experience great, but Dave has always offered us what I would say is a fair price (not much upselling going on either).
The following is why the «A-​OK» rating. About half the times I have been here I have had to take my vehicle back to fix that same problem (2 out of 4 times). This is the only issue, but it is definitely a big one. I really hope that they will spend a little more time with our vehicles in the future before we pick them up (fully repaired). We will continue to give R & R a chance at keeping our business, and hopefully we can really come to trust them on diagnosing and repairing our vehicles correctly.
I will give a follow up review in the next couple of months to keep you posted (we have 2 more repairs coming up). Dave did give us a discount on this repair due to our other issues, which was very generous. I would like to move this from 3 to 4 stars if I see improvement.

Dave is awesome. I took my car in when it broke down. He fixed it within a day, didn’t over-​charge me, and even brought me back to look at what was wrong so I could understand the problem. He is completely honest and trustworthy. The facility is so clean! I couldn’t believe I was in a mechanic’s waiting room. Overall, great service, honest, down to earth local certified mechanic and I will never take my car anywhere else again.
