Quest Chiropractic Center

The staff is professional and friendly. Unfortunately the type of chiropractic practiced at this facility is not one that I would recommend. I have gone to chiropractors for over four decades and have a pretty good idea of the soreness and slight pain that might occur shortly after an adjustment. In this case I was in more and more pain after each visit and my most recent experience is by far the worst. I have not had severe pain in my lower back for three years but most certainly have it now. An early principal of the medical field is Primum nil nocere, first-​do no harm, do not make a condition worse than it was originally. My condition is worse as a result of trying this business.
Upon my last visit I was given a card and asked to review said business in Unilocal so I shall. The card twice referred to patrons as «customers», not patients. I can go to McDonalds and be a customer, I would hope that a purported medical establishment treats patients. (This establishment also refers to itself as a business as I recall.) if indeed it is just a business, I will say caveat emptor, let the buyer beware. I am sure they do help some people, those I know are split ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ thus far. Count me in those who should have walked away more quickly, when I could walk properly that is.

Not only was this one of the most professional offices I’ve been to, but one that I would recommend to anyone! Beginning with Ashley at the front desk, I was greeted with a smile and everything was explained with insurance. Andrea then listened to all of my concerns, was very understanding, and explained what would happen next.
Dr. Hulbert was wonderful and explained everything he was going to do before he did it, was thorough with his exam, and then explained everything he found in his exam in a manner that I could understand. I was given a specified and detailed written explanation of my diagnosis and plan of care.
Hanah was wonderful and helped to work out specific areas of muscles that needed massage. The office was equipped with state of the art equipment and I was treated as if I were the only patient they had at the moment, even though I knew they had other patients.
I would recommend this office to anyone needing pain relief, rehabilitation from an injury, or any other reason. Wonderful experience, amazing staff, and I will continue to see Dr. Hulbert!
