Good food, not enough chicken on burrito. The lady put 5 – 7 little chunks of my burrito. When she did I asked for more. She looked at me and didn’t respond and went back to what she was doing. I asked again, assuming she didn’t hear me because people tend to you know respond when you speak directly to their face. And she just said no, with a hint of attitude. I take customer service serious and because of the this, qdoba won’t be getting my business again. But if they were to bottle that spicy cheese sauce and sell it, I would buy it.

Tortillas are kind of sticky. Stuck to my teeth. Shredded beef is not as flavorful as barbscoa at Chipotle. Habnero salsa is nice and spicy. Chips are good. Queso is awesome. The crew was not very friendly

Qdoba at Southdale had a great, friendly and helpful staff. They also had a coca cola machine where you can chose from tons of different sodas. Plus, you can’t beat the queso!

If i could describe this place in 1 word it would be inconsistent! Plus they charge you for everything! They over stuffed my burrito and had to double wrap it because my tortilla ripped, then they charge me for an extra tortilla because they ripped it! Wtf!

It was pretty good. I can’t give it a fair rating since I did carry my food half way across the mall and into work before eating it. Seemed a bit pricy for what it was. I liked the combo deal though, I got Nachos and tacos. That’s a good thing for someone like me that can’t make decisions. The flavors were good and the food was hot when I got to eat it.

I went to the Qdoba in the Mall of America on Monday 6÷4÷12. I ordered a pulled pork burrito with pico, verde, cheese, and sour cream. I also ordered a soda. the pulled pork was swimming in grease and water and the boy that was working didn’t seem to mind. He just scooped up that watery meat and slapped it onto the tortilla. They didn’t have green tabasco like they have at all the other Qdoba locations which kinda made me angry. I love my burritos with green tabasco. I got my burrito for free since my card was filled up which was pretty awesome. But then they didn’t have lemons or limes. The kid that I asked about them made a look like, «Umm, why would you want that?» and then said to give him a minute. 6 minutes later, there was lemons and limes cut up(I was ¾ of the way done with my burrito at that time). So all in all, this is my least favorite Qdoba. I’ve never had a bad experience until this location — the Mall of America Qdoba.

They just opened a new location in Eagan– just off i35e on Yankee doodle. Taco shells were cold and stale. Steak was overlooked and try. Guacamole was extra but barely a teaspoon– full. 3 tacos were more than$ 11. Won’t go back. Stick w chipotle

Save yourself 42 cents, and yes I actually kept track, and walk halfway around the mall to Chipotle. They have better food, for less money. Qdoba tried really hard… but like they used to tell me in Gym class, you may have won the spirit award, but you still didn’t place.

The food was okay. They do not honor coupons or the free birthday entrée as «the rent is too high and the owner told me not to.» Eden Prairie and St. Louis Park have better food quality and friendlier staff.

It’s better than Taco Bell(duh). It’s NOT better than Taco John’s(Oles, oles, potato oles!!!) It’s probably like Chipotle, sort of, except I think Chipotle has slightly tastier marinades for their meat. Anyway, I’ve been to Qdoba twice. The first time was at a location in Milwaukee and I was less than impressed. The second time I thought it was pretty okay. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. The hard shells weren’t stale. The employees were friendly and fast. And since this location is in one of the Mall of America food courts, we felt slightly better about ourselves for eating here than standing in line for the dubious Asian buffet or for any of the other fried delights. And since I had a Q-card in my possession that was loaded up with some free eats for me and my +2, we only had to pay for the beverages, which made me blissfully happy. How is it that free food always tastes so much better?
