So today is the day I was told that I’d be able to talk to the new billing lady about my problem. I called this morning and talked to, I believe Mr. Peffer, and he said she didn’t come in until 1:30 and she’d be there all afternoon. I called back after hearing nothing at 3:15. The girl who answered informed me that the woman in charge of billing wasn’t there, hasn’t been there all day, and didn’t sound hopeful that she’d be there at all.
My chase to sort out their mess will continue I suppose until I speak to the one-​woman billing department.

Here is an update:
JUST got an invoice from a collection agency called MCCI in Decatur claiming that I owe Peffer wellness center over 900 dollars. Obviously I’m furious and don’t intend to pay this ridiculous balance for many reasons. One, PWC never sent me an invoice saying that I owed them anything even after I asked them to send me a bill. Two, I’m fuming at the fact that they don’t care at all about my health and are only after my money. I’m thinking there is a long legal battle up ahead. Three, all their chiropractic work did was make my situation worse. I’m healthier now from working out and eating better, no thanks to Peffer!
