I never would recommend this place! They don’t care to dry your car off nicely. It seem that they want to hire young kids that don’t want to work and dry off a car completely!

I’m only giving it a 2 because the girl who made my appointment and checked me out was very pleasant. But the obnoxious lunatic who got me in line for my car detailing was a horror to behold. He was also extremely obnoxious and unprofessional when I was picking up my car. (He was full-​on swearing and saying vile things in front of my 11-​year-​old nephew. I swear like a sailor but not in front of children.) I paid $ 135 for a full detail and wash and they missed a lot – side mirrors, complete area around license plate, splashed polish all over the runners and barely rubbed it in. They also pulled down a piece of fabric that runs along the back window. When I got in, the seats were wet – enough to soak through my clothing by the time I got home. And the overpowering smell of some sort of bleach-​based cleaner is still burning in my nostrils two days later. I can’t say I’ll ever go back.

I generally stop at the location in Apple Valley but was in the Bloomington area and had some free time tonight so I decided to stop and get my car washed. I was absolutely horrified when I saw my car start rolling towards another car off the track. Even another customer started to panic with me and we both ran out into the bay to stop the car. Fortunately the car stopped before hitting the car in front of it… But the worst thing was the response that the manager (Walter) on the floor had. He pretty much mocked and laughed at us and told us that we didn’t know what we were talking about because he has worked there for 11 years and knew how much distance needed to be in between cars. While I appreciate his work experience, I can promise you that there are no guarantees in terms of when the car will stop after rolling and when it will not. To top it off he had left my drivers door fully ajar as it was rolling.
I did stop and talk to the owner (Prim) and explained my concern. While he apologize for how it was handled and did agree with me, he pretty much left it at his apology. Not sure what I expected but considering my rather nice car almost rolled into another relatively nice car, I would have expected a little bit more… Especially since I am part of the monthly wash program.
Oh well… If I learned anything in this experience it is that I will not go back to this location. It’s just not worth the chance that they might take on your car.

I stopped in after I received a voucher for a standard car wash from my mother… I took it she thought my car was in need of a refresher. It was a slow Sunday and about to start snowing. I got to watch my car go through the line, everything was cleaned and polished as expected.
Going to Paradise beat trying to wash my car at a self service location and the service people were able to do a much more thorough job than going through a gas station car wash. And, yes, there’s a parrot and fish in the waiting area.

This was the worst car wash I’ve ever had. The outside was adequate but I paid $ 30 for the ultimate package and it was lousy. They didn’t even lift up my carpet liners to vacuum the carpet and they didn’t dust off the dash at all. I won’t be going back there.

Friendly, but ripoff.
First the good part:
Exterior washed really well. Interior glass cleaned thoroughly. Exceptionally professional and courteous service staff. And they have a live parrot in the lobby.
Now the bad:
I paid for a full service interior/​exterior wash + extended vacuum (which includes the back bay of an SUV) + air freshener…
All I got was the air freshener and the exterior wash. Despite my paying for the interior, my dash wasn’t even dusted. My dash/​console wasn’t vacuumed. Trash pieces were left in cubbies (other car washes’ vacuums pick these up). Children’s goldfish crackers intact on the floor. My SUV’s back bay wasn’t even vacuumed though I paid extra for that! I found it in the same state as before, loose dirt particles and dust.
Yes my SUV is our primary family vehicle which gets dirty, but by no means is it a rolling biohazard with cemented dirt… they simply didn’t pay attention or try.
Never had that issue with Mister Carwash, despite (or because of?) it being a national chain.

Worst car wash service in the Twin Cities! They are never open when any weather is even the slightest poor outside. A little cold? Forget it, there are probably closed. Whoever is the owner of this location should sell it cause they give franchise a bad image.
Need to be somewhere on time and think you have time for a quick wash? Forget it! Chances are the chain will break and you’ll be left in the hallway wondering how long you’ll be waiting for your car. I once waited 45 minutes to get my car out and not so much as a sorry or coupon. Nobody even came inside to explain the issue and then they used windex to clean off the soap that was left behind.
The entire staff walks around like zombies and seem to hate their job. And if you pay attention you’ll hear them swearing a lot! Not a good place to bring your child… so don’t.
The only positive thing I can find is you can bring your car to different locations and not have to deal with these jokers and the cashiers are okay.

Got a big scrape on the side of my car as a concrete support jumped in front of me the other morning and I took it there to see if they could buff it out. They did a great job and made the pain a little more bearable. Oh and it didn’t cost me a arm and a leg either.

My wife and I decided the CRV decided that we needed a nice car wash, since it had been about a year since the blue boy has had a professional car wash.
The entertainment book had an Admiral’s special for half price and then they added the Supreme package for an extra buck.
We got a $ 30 service for 14 bucks, which was cool.
The CRV was handed off to the guys doing the work and it slipped through the car wash.
There was a parrot in the lobby, which was pretty cool and walking through the lobby lent us the view of our car being happinized.
They dried the car off and added some fresh scent at the end and the whole transaction was awesome.
The Entertainment book has a coupon for every month and I think it is the Subaru’s time next time.
