My pizza has never taken longer than 20 minutes from order to pick-​up time at this location. Everyone is so friendly and at the store, they will personally deliver your pizza to your hand, even if that means coming from behind the counter. For the best deals, check their app or the Hooked app, especially for those late night cravings. If you ever come too early to pick up your pizza, there’s a little bench for your sitting convenience.

Nasty and bad! Just got a carry out order. An order of 8 wings had only 1 drumette, 7 scrawny wing tips — how cheap is that? What a rip-​off! Don’t ask for a pepperoncini; one little one is all they will give you with your pizza. The cheese dipping sauce for breadsticks is a nasty, sweet pale yellow watery thing that tastes nothing remotely like cheese. This place is a sad farce; it’s barely food. Between poor product, mis-​management, and lack of customer service, why go there? the local chains, like pizza x or avers, or heck, even Little Caesars is a better deal and more authentic than what this franchise has become. Sorry, Peyton Manning — this chain needs to be retired, too!

the first employee did not do a good job at taking our order at all. she kept making us repeat different parts of our order and made us recite everything many times. We proceeded to ask for a deal online with the coupon and she was not aware of this online deal she grabbed her manager and he spoke on the phone to us. He mentioned how he had to go into the system and add in the bargain. he also told us that since he manually changed it he gave us two dollars off. finally he threw in three ranches for us and garlic sauce. this manager was kick ass and provided excellent customer service for their customers

It’s a decent Papa Johns if you order by phone or on location. I’ve had two online orders not go through trying to order online. I showed up both times and they couldn’t find my order. I then had to wait inside for them to make me a new pizza both times. Only positive was that it was a hot, fresh pizza. They really need to get their online ordering system working properly.

I am usually satisfied with most pizzas but papa johns north walnut ruined the entire experience. The pizza was not only barely cut, the cheese practically peeled off. Furthermore the chicken wings were put upside down into the box. The only thing reliable about my order was the Pepsi.

I ordered a medium pizza and some wings on a Sunday, not superbowl Sunday, just a regular Sunday, and it took them 2 hours to arrive with my order. I also paid an extra 4 dollars for sauce because they never give enough sauce with the wings. They didn’t have my sauce, and told me they couldn’t send a driver out with it, and so they offered me free sauce for my next order and 4 bucks off of a pizza. Well, I just ordered a pizza and a mountain dew, I paid 18 dollars, including fees and tip, only to discover that the driver also didn’t bring my mountain dew.
This restaurant is AWFUL.

I used to love Papa Johns pizza, but this place took all the good memory away.
Now if you place an order at this place you will get it AFTER 2 WHOLE HOURS. And the store manager will tell you it’s their NORMAL delivery time.
So, be aware, if you want to have pizza, order it 2 HOURS before you want to have it! Otherwise you are gonna starve to death!
