The following is honest advice, observations, and opinions. It is not meant to slander. Beware of the 50 week lease that is disguised as an annual lease. The 28 – 31 day rental rate is greater than what they advertise as their monthly rate. Given the 50 week leasing period it is extraordinarily difficult to sub-lease the unit for the month of July(Their leases begin July 26th and end July 11th). The window pane was broken in the unit, they sent a property wide email mentioning that they would fix it, yet they never did. Apparently they do not return security deposits until the maximum allowable time by Indiana State law. The management is completely inflexible. You will be treated as a tenant to be dealt with an not a customer to be served.

This company managed my property in Bloomington, IN for a couple years. Their maintenance team is «on staff» and runs up the charges every month. I had an agreement in place where they were to ask me for approval for charges over $ 500. They ignored this agreement time and time again. I am not located in Bloomington which is why I needed a management company. They took advantage of this. They were unable to find tenants. I had to do so remotely AND still pay them. I am relieved to no longer be working with this company. Stay Away
