If you are an avid runner or team sports enthusiast, this is your place for your footwear needs. Not only do you the best and newest footwear from Nike, you can personalize a number of styles here. Despite being located in the MOA, their customer service is exceptional and friendly. For example, during a recent shoe purchase there, they stayed open slightly longer to accommodate my purchase and did so «with a smile». To top it off, this place offers a 10−15% discount on all purchases if you show a military ID. Major win.

If you haven’t found that right Nike apparel or pair of shoes you’re looking for check out the Nike store in the Mall of America. This store covers every sport and has an amazing selection of merchandise. They have a wide range of shoes in just about every color and shape you can imagine. This place specializes in «customization» and«personalization». If you want to create your own combination when is comes to shoes that’s an option. You can special order«team» colors too if that’s what you’re looking to do.(Custom orders take about 3 weeks). I haven’t found any«deals» here or much merchandise on sale but if you do buy something you often get a 20% off coupon good for your next purchase. Somehow it would have been nice to get that«before» I came into the store but there’s so much to choose from it’s easy to go shopping again.

I have visited this store off and on since it opened and it is nice to finally have a store like this in the area, but its premise is mainly set up with a large focus for nikeid and customizing your own shoes. There is an area for men and women. Also custom t-shirts. I have never felt that the store has measured up to other nike stores like i have been to around the country. Its like a nice try but it does not have the level of merchandise that other stores. There are no Livestrong apparel or anything to do beyond running or basketball. I went in this night mainly to find out some answers to questions and was never greeted by the 3 male sales staff working. Two just looked at me like and I finally asked one guy if they ever get any of the limited edition nike merchandise. I was told that that merchandise only goes to 7 stores across the country called Tier Zero and they sell out fast. That was it nothing of where one might be or where I could go for more information. He answered my question and just walked away. I have gone to some of the local running shops and have felt that the staff at those stores were much more qualified to sell me a pair of shoes.
