McDonald’s

Today our Dr. Peppers were watery and bad with no flavor. I was looking forward to it and was really disappointed. I went on to my McFlurry which had virtually NO oreo in it. All our sodas and McFlurries were like this. Tired of wasting money. This McDonald’s leaves a lot to be desired.

In 2013 I would have said that this was the best McDonalds in Monroe County.
In 2014, notice that drive-​thru times were getting longer and the store was getting dirtier.
In 2015, Store still appears to be dirty. Drive-​thru times are still long. There have been times I’ve waited over 20 minutes from the speaker to the window for my food. Ouch!
And what prompted my comment today is that for the third time this year, I’ve stopped to get breakfast and they are only accepting cash. Luckily today, I had some cash on me to only find out that they are out of breakfast burritos.
I wish this store was better.

Every time I visit this location I go through the drive through. Usually the line is LONG, however I am through comparatively quickly considering the number of cars.
The staff has never been anything but pleasant and friendly and I don’t think this location has ever gotten our order wrong. That’s saying a lot as I am on a gluten free diet due to Celiac Disease and often order strange things like a piece of cheese, strips of bacon, a tomato, or just packets of peanuts!

Yikes. This is probably the worst food I have had at mcd’s. I don’t eat meat so I ordered the egg and cheese biscuit. Well, I’m sure they took a a sausage egg and cheese biscuit that had been sitting there for awhile, took the sausage off and sold it to me. Terrible! Shape up ellettsville McDonald’s !
The latte was very good though.

I only go to McDonald’s for three things, a coke, some fries, and McNuggets with Hot Mustard Sauce. Let’s talk about the real issue here, THERE’S NO HOT MUSTARD SAUCE, people. I know other McDonald’s locations have brought it back, why hasn’t this one?
Service is usually fast and accurate at this location, however.

Came here every day and thought this was a great McDonald’s chain, then like 2 weeks ago their quality control went from perfect to non existent. Instead of my coke I get dr pepper, have had to drive back 4 times in 8 days to have them fix my «hot» latte that was given to me ice cold. Haven’t had an order given to me correctly in so long decided to change my good review to this after having to drive back today to exchange my wrong latte, yet again. Last week I had to go thru 3 times in a row to get my Sandwich right (simple egg bacon cheese biscuit), in the end the girl started lecturing me On how I ordered wrong and was reallyyyy rude– so bizarre. They just lost a once or usually twice a day costumer, I’ll just use my keurig from now on and skip the bullshit.
