This should be negative stars. We stopped at this place today to get gas and use the restroom. When I tried to open the door to leave the restroom the doorknob came off. I tried to get it back on but the mechanism had slipped the other direction. Fortunately a woman on the outside asked if everything was ok. I told the inside knob had fallen off. Between the two of us we got the door open. My husband told the cashier the knob needed to be screwed back on. She looked like she could not care less.
