Community acupuncture — sliding fee from $ 15 — $ 35. Rob is one of the most talented acupuncturists I’ve met. He’s a magician with needles.

Rob is amazingly intuitive with his needle placement. He listens, and asks good questions so every treatment is specific to my needs that day and appropriate given my history. His suggestions for follow up are easy to do and fit in with my very busy schedule. Hours are flexible, so getting an appointment is usually easy and he’s always knowledgeable and shares what he knows. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone even thinking about seeing an acupuncturist.

I’ve never had accupuncture done before, but there was a free week offered by this clinic for Unilocalers, so made an appt to try it out. I actually had to cancel the original appt, but he accomodated me during the next week anyways. Definitely a different experience and I will be back — left feeling very calm and relaxed. It’s a «community» experience, so anyone else that is in for a treatment is visible and hanging out in the same room — if you have a problem with that then its not for you. He’s got the REI type recliner chairs set up which are awesome and just a really nice guy trying to start his own business. There is a sliding fee scale, basically pay what you want between $ 20 and $ 40 if i remember correctly. Would definitely recommend checking it out, unless you are the type that needs to pay ridiculous amounts of money for the same service in a «spa-like» environment. I dug it.
