Long John Silver’s

I went to the Long Johns drive thru to get the replacement meal from another order that had been done incorrectly less than a month ago. The woman working drive thru was Chris L and she was extremely rude. She claimed to not be able to find our name in the book and that I would have to speak with the daytime manager and asked if I still wanted the meal. I drove 4 miles (12 min) to get there I was not driving the same back home with nothing. So I payed AGAIN for the meal that was being replaced. They also had the order wrong this time, which I told them. Her demeure was rude the entire time. I would say it is unlikely that I will be returning to this store. This is a real shame considering it is the only one in our town. They need work at this location. When we got home there was even a price of plastic bag in our cole slaw! Ridiculous!

I stop here every once in a while and I have NEVER and I do really mean NEVER had them get my order right. The staff is friendly and they place is clean but they never get the order right. I have no idea why they don’t. You have a better shot of getting it right if you go inside (at least it’s closer to right) than doing the drive up but the drive up is what I usually do.
In addition, the drive up set up is far from handly. When you pull away from the window you have to make a sharp turn and then try to get back onto Veterans or go the wrong the way in the lot and go back to get to the light.
Either way, I wish there was another LJS in town. Maybe they would get the order right

This Long John Silvers is either hit or miss. Today’s trip was however, a miss. At least half of my chicken planks had huge chunks of fat that made much of the chicken uneatable. Today i would rate LJS at a one or two, but over the years i’ve had several 5 star days so i figured overall it deserves a 3. Also, note at this location the outdated overhead menu. I ordered the 8 plank treasure chest, which read a gut wrenching $ 16.99, but rang up at $ 11.99! (still a bit expensive though, with nothing else included)

I’m not sure why I like LJS, because it really is just the greasiest fast food that you can get. Employees look filthy at this location, too.
Nonetheless, big hush puppy fan, and any of their fish is good. Slow service, but ample seating. Even $ 1 fish sandwiches…
