Koontz Construction

We have used Koontz Construction twice for two separate roof repairs in the past few years.
They have done a wonderful job both times. Not only have the repairs held well, Koontz Construction was very responsive to our calls for help even though the repairs were minor and occurred during a very busy season.
They were honest, and friendly. They gave us an estimate before starting work, let us know exactly what they would be doing, what materials we were being charged for v/​s labor, and when they finished sooner than expected, the cost was in fact adjusted accordingly.
Koontz took the time to answer questions I had about the current condition and future needs of my current roof as well as answering question I had about the use of alternative materials such as rubber shingles and different forms of metal roofing.
We will be sure to do business with Koontz Construction when the time comes to reroof our home!
