I have leased space for over 5 years from JGM. Their staff are always extremely friendly and professional. More importantly they are very attentive to any problems and maintenance issues that arise. JGM is by far the best building owner we have leased space from.

I have been leasing from JGM for over four years now and I must say that I am 100% happy with the space and facilities which are top-​notch.
I get a lot for my money. Full access to conference rooms when I need them, a workout area with the exercise equipment, very clean restrooms, well kept parking lots, and clean & quiet common areas.
The lease rates are very competitive in this market, helping me keep costs down. Leasing with JGM allows me to invest more into my business without compromising on space.
