I called due to having a leaky shut off valve that supplied several lines under my kitchen sink. The service I received was timely. Richard observed, listened to our concerns and offered suggestions to avoid complications in the future. Service was friendly, price was fair, I would definitely recommend them for future business.

Overpriced service. When our primary sump pump stopped working, we ask how much it will cost to replace one. And the guy quoted us around $ 850. This is unacceptable and way overpriced. (normally, it costs about ~$ 300.) I asked why so high, and he said our sump pump’s setting is «unique» and might require «additional steps» to replace it.
Non-​senses! I watched a YouTube video and was able to fixed it myself without any «additional steps». I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Just called them explained on phone the job. Guy said he was owner would be over in a few hours. Came over said he couldnt do job now as we had agreed on but just wanted to give a bid. Ran the bid up. When i questioned what he was telling me he told me i should call a handyman not a plumber and yelled at me. I told him on phone originally exactly what i needed and asked if he did that type of work. He said yes. Cant get mad and yell at customer when they question price. Very rude and unprofessional.
