Excellent people and service. I have had numerous interactions with these folks for anything from a virus to replacing a laptop keyboard to internet configuration difficulties (at home visit — not their internet service). I think it was $ 60/​hour at the store, and $ 80/​hour at home, but everywhere else is comparable ($ 45 – 75 in-​store; not sure who besides Geek Squad does in-​home visits). Price is really irrelevant, though, because they always find and fix the problem thoroughly and yet quickly. I have not had any computer troubles since moving from Bloomington, but I imagine that if anything would go wrong, I would drive back to use CTech.
As a note, though, they are no longer on College Ave. The new location is in far, far, far, far east Bloomington on GE Rd (3901B) (at Towanda Barnes!). It’s a pain to get there now, but still worth it. Just drive east until you think you’ve passed all humanity and then a bunch of professional suites appear on the right… kind of like the light at the end of the tunnel… only not light… and in cornfields, not a tunnel…
