Working with Danny at Crowne Realty was one of the top five best customer service experience of our lives! We had met with 2 other agents at other Real Estate companies briefly before we found Danny, both of which were horrible, pressured, and with no care about what my wife and I really wanted. Danny invited us to the office and talked with us for about an hour about what we were looking for, what are budget was, deal breakers, and etc. After that we spend another hour reviewing all the available houses for sale in the Bloomington-Normal area. There were a few that we liked, but Danny helped us to see that there were things in those houses that would be deal breakers down the road. He was calm about everything, which helped us remain patient. When we found our house a couple weeks later, Danny set up a showing for that next day over lunch(during a snow storm). We made an offer that same night. Danny did an excellent job negotiating the price we asked. We ended up only paying $ 500 more, and with that we got an amazing stainless steel fridge with it. The closing was 2 months later. Everything went well except the sellers took all 3 mirrors. My wife was a little stressed about it, but a few days later Danny came over and gave my wife and I a check to go pick out new mirrors. He also cleaned our carpet using a commercial carpet cleaner(he told us up front that he would do this). All in all the customer service was amazing and he took a potentially sour ending and turned it into a positive experience. My wife and I refer everyone we work with to Danny and Crowne Realty.
