My wife requested cleaning with no chemicals on her vintage 1950s silk dress with matching jacket. She made clear no safety pins were to be used as it would damage the material.
The jacket literally came back in shreds and they refused to give it to her without payment first. Also, the safety pins left gaping holes where used.
Take your clothes elsewhere, these people will ruin what you bring them.

I was visiting IU from out of town for a week on a multi-​week trip, adn I needed to get some laundry and dry-​cleaning done. Crosstown cleaners was supposed to be fast and local. I went there, and the first warning sign was this: the person taking the order refused to accept my full load of laundry, and insisted that I hand-​wash it myself in my hotel room. There was no price list posted, but there was a surcharge for getting same day or next-​day service. Of course, with next-​day service, I couldn’t pick up my laundry until after 5pm, but the store closed at 6! Thanks for all the convenience. And there was no posted price list.
When finally, after paying an extra .50 cents/​item to get my items three days later, I went to pick up my items, I was sick at the exorbitant prices they had charged me. They had charged me $ 5.95 to wash — in a washing machine!!! — a pair of pajama paints! Never before have I taken items in to be laundered and been asked to pay by item rather than by the pound. SHOCKING. My whole order, which included a half-​load of laundry, about 3 ilbs, and three dry-​cleaning sweaters, came to $ 72!
Don’t go to this place. They deserve to go out of business for rudeness, inconvenience, and price gouging.

Wonderful service at Crosstown. I used to get my laundry done here on a regular basis. Mary is so sweet and efficient. Drop off in the morning, pick up in the evening. Prices are good as well, $ 0.65/lb for laundry. And for those that want to do their own laundry, there are ample washers and dryers, that are spacious and work well.
