Awesome place to rent. Very affordable. Landlord is very decent and understanding about changing life situations. Maintenance will fix anything no problem, no questions.

The owner of Class Act definately does not live up to his business name. I called the number with some questions about a property and got his voicemail. I decided not to leave a message and call back later. When I called back a bit later the person yelled hello into the phone and I had to ask if it was Class Act Realty. He then started yelling at me for bothering him, he was on another call and he knew I called before and to just leave a message. I told him he was rude and was no longer interested. All I can say is WOW… if that’s how you talk to potential clients then it’s a wonder he’s in business. I was going to call and ask to speak to an owner or manager and found out this joker was the owner! If you are looking for rental property pass this one by and go where you are treated like they want your business. It should be noted too that this place deals with high end rentals as well as lower and middle priced places. He had no idea who I was or what price point I was looking for. No matter what price you can afford you shouldn’t have to be treated like that.
