First time eating here. Well worth it. Excellent service. Excellent food. Very friendly crew.

It’s not what I remember from high school. The sandwich was pretty flavorless and a bit soggy, and the fries were completely lacking in any crispiness – they seemed pretty undercooked, actually.
I should’ve gotten McDonalds.

Typically not too impressed by fast food chains, but was impressed on our first visit to Chick-​fil-​A. Chicken sandwich was very good. Plain, but tasty. Moist chicken, tasty and a lot of it.
The kids meal is what surprised me. We don’t like to give our little one fast food at all, but once in awhile when he’s pickier than picky we give in. This little meal came with fresh fruit (apples, berries) and chicken chunks, a juice box (organic) and a little book about hummingbirds. Not your typical kids meal. Our little one loved it and ate most of it.
I liked the mini waffle fries.
The lines are quite long, but hey, the food for what it is, is not bad.

I love Chick-​fil-​A! The food is always fresh and made with the highest quality ingredients and care. The employees are also always very friendly and courteous, which is not always the case for fast food eating establishments. The place is also kept very clean both in the dining area and bathroom as well as the kitchen areas in the back. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. And you can’t forget the sweet tea!

I ordered catering for pick up on Saturday for our Sunday football brunch. I got the cooked and chilled chicken strips. They were packed perfectly and came with detailed heating instructions. They were a big hit! I would definitely order again but would get some lemonade to go too!

This place is busy. I don’t know why, it’s nothing spectacular. I got the chicken strip meal. The chicken must’ve been sitting awhile since it was just warm, almost cold and tasted like mcdonalds.

The food is always hot, fresh and down right tasty!!! You can NOT go wrong here with anything on the menu! The staff is always friendly and courteous and the play area is always clean!

there is a problem with your lemonade. I’ve tried twice and its not right. I went to the University and they know how to make it. Your lemonade in Bloomington is wrong. Your chicken is great as normal but your lemonade is the key to my experience. I don’t know what you are doing wrong but I will not go to this store because the lemonade is wrong. The whole reason I go is for the lemonade. I can get chicken anywhere.

Gross. Aren’t their chicken sandwiches supposed to be good? The menu is bland and found a hair in my fries. Never again.

I found a dead fly in my sandwich. No other words needed… A DEAD FLY. We told them and they were nice about it i guess and gave us cookies and a free Samadhi the next time we come. I was scared there would be another dead bug in the cookies tho

Being from the South I know a lot about Chickfila. Not to mention I worked for the company in high school. To my delight this place is just as good as all the others. There’s a couple things I notice they could do better with the coater, but unless you’ve been apart of the company you wouldn’t notice it. My only complaint is the parking lot. The way it was designed makes it very confusing to get in and get out. Otherwise it’s worth the hour drive for us.

The reason I gave Chick-​Fil-​A a 5-​star review is their service. I also really enjoy their chicken, but their service is incredible. Every person on staff says «my pleasure» and they have an incredible heart of service built into their culture. Reid, the owner/​operator is a gem & a prince of a guy!

This location can’t be measured in stars but in chick tenders! Yum yum yum 5 tenders all around with a million kinds of sauce on top.
The chicken actually made me believe in Jesus– I swear I saw it in my sweet tea. AMEN TO CHICK FIL A!!!

I tried the original chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was tasty enough but it was dry! There was no sauce on the sandwich. The waffle fries though are delicious and I like that they offer unbreaded chicken nuggets in their kids meals. Unfortunately they fry there chicken in peanut oil so I had an allergic reaction. So beware if u have nut allergies!

I have to say, I love their spicy chicken sandwich! The service I get here is always great! Although, it can get very packed during lunch time.

Just gross. Why all the hype over this place? McDonald’s has a better chicken sandwich. This place smells like kids feet too. P.U.

I’m a huge fan of Chic Fil A. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. The sandwiches are always fresh, the fries hot and crispy, and the sweet tea just right. And then I came to this location… (also tried another location nearby)
This location is absolutely horrible. not at all what Chic Fil A is known for. I’ve never had a faultless experience here. always something wrong. the sandwiches are not what I’ve come to expect, the fries have been cold and soggy, and the sweet tea bitter and gross. this absolutely breaks my heart too. as a southern boy I would love to be able to walk into a Chic Fil A in 20 below weather and pretend I’m back home. sadly, I refuse to ever go here.
so to all Minnesotans reading this review. don’t waste your one chance to fall in love with Chic Fil A at this location, wait until you’re on spring break and you’re in Florida. trust me, Chic Fil A after a day at the beach… it doesn’t get much better.

The first of the things I don’t love about them VASTLY outweighing the second. And the things I don’t love matter more to me than the things I love about this place, hence the 1 star.

I’ve only been to Chick-​fil-​a once in California other than this trip to Edina’s newly opened store. The line at lunch time was out the door — filled with families and business people, good mix of everyone. They were quick at getting orders and the turnover of diners was quick enough to accommodate most everyone that wanted to eat in. The drive through wasn’t horrible.
I would have to say that the actual sandwich (I got the spicy chicken one) was a little too strong on spice and nothing much else. I’d give the food actually a 3 – 3.5 but because of the friendliness and level of service I bump it up to 4. The staff here don’t get overwhelmed and they don’t let their stress of being crazy busy affect your eat-​in or drive-​through experience.
I do love that they have SO many sauces for you to take/​experiment with. So many other chains are stingy with everything besides ketchup, whereas this Chick-​fil-​A gives you open access to everything! Their ketchup packaging is adorable with the squeeze or dunk options. There is no concern for running out without staff noticing because it’s a pump machine, or problem with hygiene. All sauces are provided in its own little package. I can’t remember which ones they had but I remember buttermilk ranch, honey mustard, BBQ, buffalo, and ketchup, but I think they had a couple others too. The prices are a bit higher than other fast food chains but not by much. You do feel like you’re eating healthier, since the meat doesn’t taste processed. All in all will return but will definitely be getting something else on their menu.

FIrst off, I am a huge Chick-​fil-​A fan. I lived in Atlanta for 5 years, and it was frequently a weekly staple for me, and I am SO happy they are finally up here! This is the first MInnesota location I’ve visited, and I was fairly impressed. The workers are just as polite and friendly as they are down south, and the food is just as delicious. One quibble, they aren’t as familiar with the sauces etc. (which makes sense, as the workers probably had never been to a chick-​fil-​a before starting to work there). I asked for honey roasted bbq and polynesian sauce, and instead of the polynesian sauce I just got barbeque sauce. But that can be easily remedied by checking your bag quickly before exiting the drive-​thru.
I will definitely be returning!
