While the owner/​agent, Gretchen Holtz/​Nall showed the property competently and answered our questions, her general demeanor towards us was curt, abrupt and rushed — as though she had better things to do. We found another house that afternoon and signed a lease with another company.
She is certainly not the worst rental agent we’ve ever encountered, but she’s also certainly not the best — and definitely not the friendliest.
