Dr. Bakus gives an amazing eye exam. I love going to this office. The staff is extremely wonderful, and always takes their time to help me decide what I should order. I never thought I could wear contacts until I learned of the Total Dailies 1. My eyes feel amazing now! Rebecca always makes sure my order is placed and calls me promptly when they come in. I love taking pictures now thanks to my Total Dailies 1 and Dr. Bakus and his staff!

Dr Backus is decent doctor and he treats good BUT the staff and nurses… THEY SUCK makes me not want to go see Dr Backus. I come from family of doctors this is such a disgrace how the DR image is ruined by the office people. Front desk two ladies are very rude, they dont care what you ask, they dont care about your insurance. The nurses are more rude, they tell you not to call them and bug them untill they call. Never heard that before. I really dint want to switch my eye doctor but when quality of service at office is so trashy. i dont feel good about it.
I recommend anyone who wants a eye check up and even if its 30 $ more please go to eye surgicals or somwhere. This place sucks from a genuine experience!!! I just logged into Unilocal to give this damn review so people are aware!
