Very slow on repairs. Said it would be an hour for an oil change and I would have no trouble getting to my next appointment. Took more than two hours and had me late.

Accurately quoted prices and service times
A loaner car if there is a item to be repaired (which I think is genius on their end, it gets you to test out the newest best cars Acura gas to offer) granted im still in love with my TL so shes not going anywhere.
All in all, my cars been meticulously cared for by the service team under direction of John Reinen and I couldn’t be happier. Anyone that knows me knows I am very particular when it comes to my cars and this place has NEVER let me down.
