Solid spot to go and have fun. The only down side is making sure you call ahead of time. Just showing up thinking you’re going to fly isn’t going to cut it. I had a gift card fo over 2 years and every time I went, I was not able to fly because of staffing.
Finally being able to fly, I can see where the issue was at, but they should have it posted somewhere. This time, I called ahead of time, I was given a time that works for us, but they asked for a CC in order to hold my spot. No thanks, I’ll just show up and take my chances.
As far as the flight itself, top notch. You have to watch a training video which is very helpful, and then you’re off! The group that I flew with had trouble listening to our controller via our head sets. During the flight, a crew member came over to try to fix the audio, but it didn’t help. Outside of that, it was pretty sweet. I even shot down a couple people. that was good.

Solid experience. I am a private pilot, and going here is always a lot of fun — if you’re looking for a gift to get a pilot, but can’t afford an airplane, this is a hell of a good time. I was able to go back when their simulators were full motion, and I’m really bummed that they don’t have those anymore.
The environment is really cool, and they have a lot of merchandise that anyone passionate about aviation will enjoy. I really like how the dispatchers sit in a control tower above the main desk. Definitely check this place out!
