I called Haney Plumbing for an estimate on a half bath for my basement. Eric came over looked over the area and said I would get an estimate in a few days. (it was a Friday)
Four business days later; no estimate. Called Eric, he said he would email me an estimate. Its been three weeks plus and nothing. I checked spam folder also.
If plumber is not interested in taking job, just say so. I just wasted three weeks.

Very disappointed in this business. Had a toilet improperly installed that leaked – caused all sorts of damage –would not do it over. Also had them put in a sewer pipe that they had to do over. Have learned my lesson – will not go back again.

Called for shower handle repair and they were out the next day. Really appreciated the plumber calling on the day he came to verify what type of parts he would need. Have dealt with some repairs where they charged 2 trips because they did not have the right part. Plumber was friendly and efficient was done within an hour. Price was reasonable and as expected too. Would recommend this business if you need a plumber.
