Thomas Interior Systems is not a good company to do business with. I recently purchased a Herman Miller chair through the company and after reporting discomfort and pain in my upper and lower back, sit bones and legs after sitting for just a few hours at a time, I was told the company would not accept a return of the chair. I now have a very expensive work chair that is of no use to me, and at no point in the ordering process did the company make the return policy clear to me.
