This location is perfect but everything else sucks! The service is a 2 star at best. I like this location because the notary charges are $ 2 and the package pick up time is 6:30p. But my patronage stops there. They charge $ 2 per page for local faxes and $ 1 thereafter. I was not offered a cover page although there was a box shelf with fax cover sheets. They charge for cover pages whereas FedEx Kinko’s does not. This location also ships for USPS but they charge far more than the post office for the same item. I was quoted $ 2.20 and the post office only charged me .92 cents. … So I agree they nickel and dime you. It is pretty safe to say that building a rapport with customers is not a concern. I’ll continue to visit for notary services and drop off packages for pick up but would not utilize this location for anything else.

Terrible customer service here! I had to drop off 6 boxes with preprinted UPS labels. I wasn’t spending any money. The owner conveyed his unhappiness to me. He didn’t offer to help me, asked why I didn’t have the UPS man pick it up and stood there with his armed crossed while I carried my boxes in the store and to the counter. He didn’t offer to help with the door or anything. I stood in line behind someone trying to ship a book. He told them it would be $ 13 – 15 to mail the book. It was a paperback! He told the customer about using USPS Priority Shipping, but no other USPS options. You can send a book first class or medial mail too! The customer asked if there were cheaper options and no explanations were offered — changing the packaging, changing the number of days until receipt, etc. Nothing. She left with her book. Next time I will visit another UPS store. I’m willing to drive a few miles to stay away from this guy.
