Worst hair cut I have ever had. I have short hair and wanted a trim only. Should have know there was going to be an issue when the girl cutting it asked if they use clippers on my hair. The first couple of cuts it was like ¼ inch. She then cuts the next cut and it was about ½ inch. I said I don’t want so much off just a trim She kept cutting trying to even out her cuts. She took so much hair off that it is sticks up spiky all over. I hate it! Came home and my husband who never notices when I get my hair cut said «wow what did you do to your hair it is way too short» The back of my hair is uneven. I have to wait for it to grow to have it corrected.

Horrible customer service. They don’t honor their coupons. The Indian looking stylist got a dollar from me and I told her she didn’t deserve that. Please, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else than here. I wish I could give less than one star.

I have never been picky when it comes to haircuts as I know I should be. As I’m new in town, I had no idea where to go and I know I should’ve looked on here first. I had to wait minimum 30 minutes. While in the process of waiting, two ladies came in and both were booked at the same time with the same hairstylist. They were good sports about it though. When my turn came I told a young looking Indian girl I wanted to cut off more than just my tips cause they were a disaster! She asked me if I could stand up cause my hair was too long. I’ve never ever in my life have been asked that. I didn’t know how to react so I said ok. I ended up having to stand up for the whole haircut! & let me tell you, my hair was not even halfway down to my elbows! I didn’t know that was considered long or even long enough to be put in that uncomfortable position. She kept on telling me to take a step to the left or right, to turn around. That’s what the chairs are for! I was so mad but didn’t want her to mess up my hair as a revenge. When it came time to pay she asked for a tip and I said no thank you and she just gave me a snobby little look. I try to not be cheap when it comes to tips but after being treated like that I don’t even think they deserved one penny of my money!

I’ve been coming here for well over a year and Rosie has always done a great job for me! It;s great to have a regular stylist who always gets it right!

Rosie did a great job, I love my cut. She was very professional. I’d definitely recommend her to neighbors and friends.

Horrible! Got my hair cut by Nina. It was a messed up job, she did not listen to what I wanted and clearly was in a hurry to get to another customer so she didn’t bother to dry my hair completely even though it was a cold Drcember day. Oh well, I guess you get what you pay for. Never again!

These people are a joke. One day they take appointments, the next they say they don’t take them. Which is it? I also agree with one persons review that they had to stand up to get a haircut! the same thing happened to me, i couldn’t believe it. I have NEVER been asked to stand up before. Seemed like pure laziness on her part. Also, have fun waiting for eons in the waiting area. They don’t refer to the clip board and take people first that come in after you.

Rude. Ignored me, didn’t even ask if I wanted my hair cut even though I clearly walked in to a haircut place.
