My review is based on politeness and courtesy at registration. Its convenient care where there are few things they can help with. Its better to have your own regular doctor who knows you. This is just for minor incidental stuff when your docs office is not open or for lab tests etc.

Very friendly … Never had a nurse come to the waiting area and apologize to everyone for the long wait … She even went out of her way to offer everyone personally a juice and crackers. When was the last time that happend to you? I’m used to them just letting you rot … Bravo

I’m pretty sure this is the place where I went for my Dr’s appointment. I couldn’t find the exact one when I was checking in so this is good enough. Place is awesome I’d say. It’s my first doctors check up in about a year and a half so was pretty nervous since I was switching primary doctors. The front desk lady though was really nice and helpful with all the papers I had to fill out. Only waited about 30 minutes or so before the nurse got me and it was pretty quick after that. Told my doc my problems, got my meds, and I was out of there. Like ripping off a bandaid pretty much. They were doing construction in the building so it was a little loud but I mean that isn’t really their fault. Tv in the waiting room always makes everything faster.

This is a great place to get flu shots if your primary physician’s office is booked and you’re a little hesitant about going to the local drugstore and getting an injection from a pharmacist who went through a 2-day training course. I went here consistently ever year for my shot when I lived in the burbs, and the wait time was never long, the nurses were friendly, and you’re in and out in 20 minutes tops. I’ve also gone here when I was ill, and once again, the care is efficient and, in my experience, very«mom-like.» A nurse even brought me a Sprite because she said it would make my tummy feel better. This ‘convenient care’ center really does live up to its name.

I HATE this convenient care! It is closer to my house, but I would rather drive longer to the Danada facility. Twice I’ve been desperate to get to a dr. fast and twice I have had bad experiences. What don’t I like? How about the 1 ½ hour wait I had last time I went? How about them running out of masks for the coughing people? How about the xray lady subjecting me to many xrays because she just can’t get it? Oh and there was the strept throat incident. I told them I had it and to take the test, but what did I know? I had to wait and wait and wait in the exam room and then they decided to take the test. So drive to the Danada facility or head to a Walgreens or CVS minute clinic. Don’t go here!

I’ve always had good luck at this place when I go there. Check in is normally quick, see a doctor or nurse quick, get what you need and go. Was there today for the H1N1 shot and was in and out within 20 minutes. Much faster than most walk up service type places.
