These was the worse facial I ever had. I usually try new places but I wanted to tried it with groupon. Don’t waste your time. The lady was on the phone until she applied the first product on my face, then she leave the door open and people walking by could see me on the bed, she scrub my face so hard even my eyelids, that stuff got inside my eye, when I said something she just gave me a Kleenex and told me to clean them, then she leave me couple times to answer the phone. She put a mask on my face and when I told her it was burning she said it was ok. Then she leave me and she went and did couple clients, and since the door was open I could hear she got even more clients, so she came back clean my face with a super hot towel and put some lotion and told me that was it. When I saw my face it was super red, burn, and puffy. So I told her I was in pain and she just told me to rinse it. Super unprofessional. Don’t go to this place it is bad.

Ah to being my review. I used to love this place until today. I went In to get my eyebrows threaded and I was hoping to see the girl who did them last time but she wasn’t there. At that point I should have just left but, I stayed. I had this older lady doing my eyebrows and omg so painful! I know threading is painful but this was horrific ESP on the left side. So then when she finished everything looked okay until I looked into the mirror! This woman took out way too much hair from my left eyebrow! I kept telling her there was a gap of exactly where she took more hair out and now I look like I have two eyebrows in one… She insisted I was incorrect and I showed her a picture of my eyebrows last time the lady did it and she just kept saying I was wrong and that I have thinner eyebrows on my left than right. Ugh! Now I need to pencil in my poor left eyebrow so I don’t look crazy. I’m debating if I even want to go back to this place anymore. So disappointed today!

I had a groupon for a facial and it was the worst! I had an appointment but when I arrived the lady working was not prepared. She was busy reading a magazine and eating Funyuns. Instead of listening and checking her appointment book, she assumed I was there to get my eyebrows threaded. Finally, she paid attention long enough to hear me tell her I was there for a facial. Then I had to wait for her to get that room prepared.
I’ve had facials before but none like this one. I was terrible. She was not gentle and kept squeezing my nose. I was struggling to breathe. And don’t even get me started with the hot towel thrown on my face. Then, two walk-​ins showed up to get their eyebrows threaded and she left me in the room to assist them. Really!!!
The atmosphere also was not relaxing. This place is located inside of Wal-​mart right across from the registers. You can hear every item scan and every conversation.
But, they were clean. That’s the only good thing I can say.

This place has horrible customer service. I always get ny eyebrows and eye lashes done. Last night i got my eye lashes done at eight and in the morning a piece already fell off. When i went this morning to ask them to fix their mistake they wanted to charge me five dollars for a piece that fell off due to their horrible job. I tried calling and asking for corporate and the sales associate wouldnt even give me a number or a name. Horrible customer loyalty and every time i recieve service they are so rude and demanding tips. Never going here again

I tried this place before in facial and eyebrows and I was satisfied but unfortunately I went back today to do my eyebrows only and there was a young lady she damaged my eye brows she almost take off the left side and when I complain she was very rude and I ask the other lady where is the manager she said I am and she never tell this associate that it’s wrong to treat a customer that way or anything as if it’s OK we will lose one customer and we have enough … made me so sad and unsatisfied with this unprofessional way they treat me

Apparently my original review was reported by Seva because I didn’t provide enough detail as to why I rated them one star.
The woman that performed my wax was extremely rude and acted as if I was bothering her by being there. I left with scars and skin tags after my visit, not to mention patches that were left unfinished. I’m upset I even purchased the Groupon for this place but lesson learned. I won’t return and I hope other Unilocalers believe mine and all other poor reviews about this place.

I stopped in here the other day to get my eyebrows and lashes done because a co-​worker recommended this place to me. I came in on a Friday because I had an event on Saturday. When I got there, the salon was packed. The ladies greeted me had me sign in and assured me the wait would be mo longer than 15 minutes, which I thought was pretty normal for any salon on a Friday evening. Had to only wait 5 minutes and I was in a chair. The girl spent the first couple minutes just making sure at what I was looking for in my brows and recommended the size of lashes that would best compliment me. I have to say the only reason I’m writing this review is because of the excellent service I received. Once my services were done, the girl made sure I was completely satisfied before I left the chair. I got so many compliments on my lashes and brows that this will definitely be something that I plan on coming back for. By far the best experience I’ve had at any threading salon. Going to tell all my girlfriends to come here if they want some amazing eyebrows. Keep up the great work guys!

This place is okay– nothing great but isn’t bad.
They do a good job eye brow threading. I will say, every time I go there is a wait. They could use more employees.

I purchased a groupon for this place and decided to give it ago. I didn’t expect much but I didn’t expect it to be a HORRID experience. The lady was BRUTAL her waxing. I have been waxed many times before but this was the absolute WORST thing I’ve ever done to myself! Should have listened to the reviews! I also specifically asked for the sensitive skin wax and she just used whatever was in the melting pot. My skin was BURNED at the end of it because she was rushing through it. Like JEEZE! There was also a ton of leftover hairs. More then usual! NEVER going there again and if you even remotely like yourself you shouldn’t either!

Worst place!!! So I got my lashes done the next day they came off. I came there to complain. The lady yelled at me and told me to read the terms and condition. Then walked away and started doing another person eye brows she called her manger and started yelling in her native. language she made me feel very awkward but she didn’t care because she rolled her eyes at me like I did something. The manger was just as rude as she was. Giving them a 1 star is to nice they get –4 stars. There customer service really sucks. I would never recommend this place to anyone that would be just rude

I’m giving this Seva located in Walmart 3 stars for my two visits. The first visit went really well. I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted. (I believe they use henna). The threading went well. I have always had a hard time finding a good shape for my brows (thicker towards the inner eye and sparse towards the outer). The lady convinced me to thin out the inner brow to look more uniformed. Although it was different, I was pleased with the results, she knew what she was talking about. The tinting went well as well. I left there feeling a bit disappointing because they were a bit darker than what I preferred… But just as the lady promised, within a day or two they lightened and looked fantastic.
The second visit went pretty bad. I just went to get my brows threaded and re-​shaped. It was another lady. It hurt and bled and the shape was not flattering. She also insisted on adding a color to my brows… Her English was bad so I couldn’t understand what it was, and whether or not it was permanent. I did understand her say there was no charge. After my tenth «no» I gave in. I hated the way it looked. Then she tried to sell me the color and «special brush.» I politely declined and when it came time to pay the bill she charged me anyway… Luckily I caught it. Umm lady, This is my 3^rd N-​O… It really means NO!!!
I’m sorry I did not catch the name of either of these ladies. I’ll try to get back to you on that.

This location is inside Wal-​mart (closer to the grocery side, if I remember correctly), and it’s definitely no frills – and I mean that in every sense: location, service, ambience, etc.
Threading and shaping of brows cost $ 8 (tip not included), but since it was the grand opening I purchased the service for $ 5. I later learned that If you check in on FB, then you get $ 1 off any service.
Staff is a little pushy to get you in the door, but I didn’t mind, and there was no wait. Is staff a little rude? *shrugs* Maybe so. Truly, there is no good excuse for rudeness, but it is what it is, but I also think you need to manage your expectations a little bit; this isn’t a fancy salon where they play calming music and offer you cucumber infused water, but the prices at least reflect that.
What I really care about, though, is the end result: How do my brows look? I think they look pretty great. The staff is experienced (plus, they all have great brows), one aesthetician has even been threading for over 30 years. My mom sprung for a facial too, and her skin looked pretty awesome post-​facial. Anyway, I want to give this spot 3.5 stars (Why no half stars, Unilocal?), but I’m rounding up to 4 because of price & speed; I would easily go back and have my brows threaded again.

I came in here for a touch up on my eyelashes for graduation. I got them done originally a week before at the SEVA in Buffalo Grove (which I LOVED). When I asked them to touch it up here, they said they couldn’t and that they wanted to take all of it all and start over and charge me half the price of putting it on. Which was roughly 10 dollars when it could have been 5. They said the lady at the other store did a horrible job. I didn’t budge.
A day after they «retouched» my eyelashes, I had to take them off because this new lady but glue on my real lashes where the fake ones were not in. And I found some glue on my eyelid far from my eyelashes. I was wondering why I was feeling something hard.
Now I won’t get to look pretty for my graduation and I blame them. Thank you Ladies of SEVA in army trail for that.
PS. there were a few girls in getting threaded when I was waiting and they kept screaming that it hurt. I’ve never seen someone complain that much pain before. It tells you something.
