The service and selection that my wife and I received here can not go unknown. Most people are quick to complain but I will be just as quick to compliment. Jennifer was more than patient and understanding my wants and needs. She never pushed me out of my comfort zone, which in a setting like that, is the norm! The end result, which brought my wife to tears, was worth every visit and dollar spent. Well done to Jennifer and the team there! Do yourself a favor and give them a try you will not be disappointed! WE WILL BE BACK!

After the bad experience I had shopping at Michael Hill, I was a bit intimidated to go into another jewelry shop. I hate feeling like I am wasting someone’s time if I ended up not buying anything. The sales lady helping me at R&H didn’t make me feel that way at all. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I told her the type of ring I was interested in and she showed me a variety them to pick from. I ended up spending over $ 100 less than I would have at Michael Hill and got a lifetime cleaning and one time resizing service for an extra $ 50.
