Me Too, Jason. Bought a water softener from them. Great delivery and price and the thing works fine. Then bought a RO drinking water system. Again, great delivery. I installed it and the thing has 2 leaks(between the filters that are piped together) and the storage tank has 2 dings in it that had to happen from the factory as the box was in perfect condition. I emailed and phoned(had to leave a message, of course). No answer, no response, not ever! My only recourse is to return it to the factory but me thinks it might be easier to risk fixing it myself – and living with a dented tank. Normally returning something to the factory through the warranty program is very expensive and time consuming – not to mention the time without the product. WIll definitely look for a better retailer next time… one who provides at least a little bit of customer service! Bob

I cannot believe this company is even is in business! I wanted to order from them online and saw that they were local. I figured if i ever had a problem at least I could go to their location so I called them. It took about 7 phone calls over 4 – 5 days to even get a human being on the line. That should have been a red flag right there but I guess I am a gluten for punishment and I pushed on. The person I talked to seemed knowledgable at first but then I tried to ask about their policy for returns were there damages during shipping and the person got very short with me. He almost seemed bothered that I called. After not getting a very good response I figured I would drive down and pay them a visit. Maybe the guy was having a bad day when I called. I drove the 30 minutes to their location on their site. I arrive only to find these guys operate out of a mail box at a UPS store! They do not even have a real business location. After finding that, I decided to not even order from them and found what I needed elsewhere. Buyer beware here. No one is home if you need help! I wish I could have given 0 stars. J
