Weaver House Inn the-Bed & Breakfast

My Husband and I just spent 4 wonderful days in Bloomfield, IA., and the absolute highlight was the Weaver House Inn Bed and Breakfast. This place has major charm! New Innkeepers Jake and his wife Raquel are very sweet and so excited to be the owners of this extraordinary historical landmark. They pampered us with a spotlessly clean and charming room that had a super comfy bed called «The Hydrangea room». It had a private bath that was spotless also.
Each morning we were greeted with a different gourmet breakfast that exceeded any we’ve ever had at any other B&B. I loved getting up in the morning and walking through the garden with a steamy cup of coffee before our meals. The first morning was cooler temperatures and they surprised us with breakfast in front of the fireplace, candles lit, crystal and white linen. Then the food… WOW! Raquel and Jake love to cook and you can taste the love in each bite. Bloomfield has a diamond here and I know as soon as word gets out how special the food and accommodations are, this will be the «in» place to go. We can’t wait to go back!
