HORRIBLE!!! They make it almost impossible for you to get things done. They say they do price match but when I went in, they say they needed a print out of the checkout basket from the price. I told them I didn’t have a printer and I asked if I could screen shot the basket and email it to them so they could print it out? They responded, «we don’t have a email». I said that’s ridiculous. I came back the next day with the print out and had my husbands care credit card with me, and after everything is ready to go. they can’t use it because my husband isn’t here with me to sign it even though they have his info along with his license in my file. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!! If I could give it less than 1 star, I would!

Absolutely horrible if I didn’t need this exam done today I definitely would have walked right out the receptionist suck. Not only was she rude she gave me papers to fill out I sat in chair filled it out by time I got back to desk she didn’t even remember talking to me two minutes ago and I was only one in store!

This place is usually always crowded and when it isn’t, you still have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to see the doctor. My first visit I waited about half hour even with an appointment, and saw Dr. Patel (woman). She was lovely as pie. My second scheduled visit was not so pleasant, I waited two hours to see the eye doctor! It was another lady who didn’t even introduce herself and sent me on my way out, even when I told her my contacts were really bothering me. She told me that’s the way they should feel. I’ve been wearing contacts for 20 years, I know what they should feel like! Finally I decided not to press the issue, I was tired from waiting all that time and wanted out. I ended up getting glasses instead of contacts and I only put up with this place because they took my insurance.
