You’d think every printing services establishment would have the capability to scan an item, or at least understand the capabilities of their equipment.
I called ahead to ask if they could scan a painting a friend had made for me, described the size and asked if they could handle the scan. She assured me that they could handle anything below 11×17, so I jumped in my car and traveled 15 minutes to the business.
Long story short they couldn’t scan it, completely wasting 30 minutes of my time. They only get two stars because the woman at the counter was nice about lying to my face.
Would not recommend.
