I love this shop. Everything is clean. The owner is very knowledgeable and the workers are courteous. My hair is the healthest it has ever been. Whether you have a perm or wear your hair natural, this is the shop for you. And also it’s a one stop shop. You can get a mani and pedi too. Everything done beautiful!!!

I love my nails!!! Doris is so professional and takes pride in her work. The salon is modern and clean. Doris and her employees make you feel welcomed and know how to pamper thier clients. My mom’s hair was also colored and styled, making her look years younger. What’s also great is that they use quality products.

I am sorry to have to disagree with the poster above, however, though the owner was quite friendly (until…), the place was not clean and organized, and her customer service was non-​existant. Allow me to explain.
I only recently moved to Bloomfield, LOVE the area, by the way, and was looking for a new salon. I received a GORGEOUS, very high-​end-​quality advertisement and coupon from Karmen’s, offering «$ 10 off on ANY SERVICE, EXCEPT SPECIALS». So, I decided to take them up on their offer since I was i desparate need of a pedi!
Bottom line — she would not honor the coupon, stating, «$ 35 minimum». I explained and showed her that it did not indicate that on the coupon, only invalid on specials. Her response was, «It’s a typo, they made a mistake.» I responded, «But, that isn’t my fault.» Her’s, «Well, it’s not my fault either. I’ll give you $ 5 off but not $ 10.»
I calmly pulled my feet out of the water and told her I would not be making use of her business today or ever.
As an owner of a business, she is most definitely responsible for her advertising. And if she had a better business sense, she would have honored it so as to establish a relationship with a customer who clearly would have made her salon my new salon.
Just a note — there were only 2 other customers in there at the time, one nails and one hair, at 10:30am on a Saturday morning. I went to Linda Nails in Nutley instead. Packed house but wonderful environment and service.
Bad business, sloppy environment, with air-​conditioning wires drapes through the hallways. If Karmen is goig to succeed, she needs to learn better customer relations techniques. I’m sure I’m not the only one who received that lovely but useless coupon.

Great location I went there after my friend damaged my hair with a color. The owner was extremely professional and fixed the color. I am so happy that I will like to recommend this place. You will not regret it. The owner is great with kids…

Took my daughter to this new salon that opened a few months ago and the owner is super friendly and really passionate about her business. She really knows her products and her customer service is top notch. Place is always super clean and well organized.
Excellent addition to Bloomfield NJ. Highly recommend.
