Was a loyal customer to this nail salon for about 2 years. Started having a problem w a decline in service. Had a nail break, went in to have it fixed 3 times. Each time I was asked what I did for it to break.(Nothing out of the ordinary) Each time I was told it was fixed and wouldn’t break again. Each time it broke again. Had to take time out of a busy schedule to keep going back. My last gel polish manicure there chipped 2 days after getting it. Went back to have it fixed and expressed that I was unhappy about having to go back so soon. The nail tech looked extremely annoyed at having to fix it. Again, he asked me «what you do?» As if trying to put the blame on me. I told him that it was an inconvenience to have to keep coming back and asked how they were going to resolve the problem if it chipped again. I was told it wouldn’t chip again. When he originally gave me the manicure I saw him diluting the bottle w what looked like acetone. According to him it wasn’t acetone– I think whatever he put in that jar weakened the polish regardless of what he said. Anyway, he repaired it, sure enough, a day later– it chipped again. When I went back this time he didn’t even bother to attempt to hide his annoyance. Told me to come back in an hour to have it fixed. I walked out. I will never give 2 bee nailz my business again. They shouldn’t mistreat any customer, but they especially shouldn’t mistreat their loyal customers who tip well.

The staff here was very friendly and got me in without an appointment. However I felt like my manicure and pedicure were somewhat rushed. Probably in order to fit more people in. I paid a little extra for a special treatment on my pedicure but nothing really seemed different than your average service. The prices are very reasonable but then again you get what you paid for. Only a week later and my gel manicure is chipping. Getting my nails done is a something I treat myself to only occasionally and I wish I had gone elsewhere. My overall experience would have been better if they would have focused more on doing a really nice job rather than getting in as many customers as possible.

Very happy with my service at this nail salon. Tina did my nails. She did a great job. She did my first gel manicure with a design. Awesome job and I will definitely return!
