Had a great experience from Camp’s Asphalt Sealing this summer. We have a very long driveway that had at least 24 feet of cracks running horizontally, and we hadn’t had it resealed or patched in the 6 years we have been in our home. My husband works for an asphalt sealant distribution company, so he was a bit of a diva in getting bids before he picked a company. Camp’s beat out several other local companies to seal our driveway, largely because they used a reputable hot pour crack sealant(as opposed to cold pour, which according to my husband, has a tendency to separate from the asphalt over time, reducing the protection to your driveway.) They weren’t the lowest priced of the bids we received, but given that they accurately estimated the cracks we needed filled(another company only estimated 8 feet of crack fill compared to the 24 that needed done!) and the name brand product they used, it was well worth about $ 100 extra dollars. We received the estimate early in the week, and they were available to complete the job before the end of the workweek. We left for work in the morning and came home to a beautifully sealed driveway. They trimmed the weeds along the edge perfectly, and the cracks were, according to my husband, «done right.» We were so pleased with the job that he even left their sign up in the yard for several weeks to advertise for them. Even though this isn’t something you do very regularly as a home owner, Camp’s will definitely be the company we call out every time we decide to reseal the driveway. And given the reasonable amount we paid, we’ll be calling them well before the next six years are up!
