St Croix Cleaners

I brought a dress here for the first time last week. I needed it on short notice, so I called ahead to find out what kind of lead time they needed. Brianna was the one who helped me both on the phone and when I stopped in. She was very friendly and knowledgeable – assuring me they could remove almost any stain (even nail polish, apparently!). I had pointed out a few of the spots on the dress, but she said she would also look it over and mark any areas she found. She knew I was anxious to get the dress back, so she told me when it would be ready by, but also offered to have someone call me when it arrived back from Stillwater (which is where all the items are sent out to).
I got a call a couple hours earlier than expected saying that the dress was ready, so I was very happy with both the timeliness and the follow-​through.
I was a little disappointed with the results of the cleaning, as not all of the spots were removed. But, I didn’t go into it with high expectations, as I knew the stains would be tough to get out. At least the dress is wearable and in better shape than it was when I took it in. I will definitely use their services in the future.
